Web & Mobile App Developer

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a mature, experienced, and self-driven Web & Mobile App Developer to join our remote team. This role is ideal for a professional with at least 5 years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, making technical decisions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement new features and improvements.
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
  • Test applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Assist in estimating development timelines and project requirements.
  • Keep up to date with modern development tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in web and mobile application development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Experience developing mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or similar technologies.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, testing, and deployment practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
  • Knowledge of Node.js or other backend technologies.
  • Experience publishing mobile applications to app stores.
  • Understanding of software security and performance optimization.
